Meet the Team
CO-PRINCIPALS - Jazmine Peterson and Jordana Traviss
Jazmine began her training at Italia Conti Guildford Associates School at age 3, progressing to the Italia Conti Professional Course, where she excelled in dance, acting, and singing.
She earned A Levels in Performing Arts and Dance, along with dual BA/BSc (Hons) degrees in Business and Psychology.
Since 2011, Jazmine has built a successful career in the property industry, rising to a managerial role. Her passion and expertise for travel has led her to launch a successful business, JazVentures, an Independent Travel Agency.
A professionally trained dancer with ZooNation UK Dance Company, Jazmine has performed in the West End and worked in TV and film.
With over a decade of teaching experience, her energetic approach will inspire young performers at Italia Conti Associates Petersfield.
Jordana began her training at the Italia Conti Guildford Associates School at age 5 and later graduated from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2011.
She enjoyed a successful career as a professional dancer and singer, performing on cruise ships and in various productions.
Jordana furthered her education with a BA (Hons) in Theatre from the Guildford School of Acting.
In addition to her artistic career, Jordana gained experience in office management, which she now applies as a Co-Principal at Italia Conti Associates Petersfield.
She also runs Sweaty Mama, a successful fitness business offering classes for mothers and their children, combining exercise with family bonding. Through Sweaty Mama, Jordana supports women in achieving their fitness goals while building a strong community.
Charlotte Davis - Musical Theatre & Commercial Street
Charlotte Davis from the age of 12, studied at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. From the age of 16 she continued her studies through to the student programme. She trained intensively for 3 years and graduated with a Diploma in Theatre Arts.
Charlotte has over 7 years of experience teaching dance, drama and singing and has also worked professionally in the Performing Arts Industry. Charlotte is passionate about teaching and learning and is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and skills to support pupils on their learning journey.
"As a mother of two daughters, I understand the differences that all children have and that each child is unique. I love to encourage and inspire young minds by incorporating a wide range of skills and outcomes that help children develop their abilities in reading, memory, movement and confidence. I ensure that not only do they learn key performance skills but that they are able to develop their core skills which would support them across the syllabus. Overall, I strive to achieve that each child is engaged and having fun.”

David Knight - Acting & LAMDA
David is young actor and director currently studying on the BA Acting course at Italia Conti. He has appeared on CBBC in Hetty Feather, video game 'A Plagues Tale' and both Plays and Musicals including Phantom of the Opera and The Pitmen Painters.
Having worked professionally for 10 years and studied under some of best acting tutors working in the industry today, David is very excited to bring his expertise to teaching LAMDA classes at Italia Conti Petersfield and working with the fantastic students!
Beverley Norton - Ballet, Contemporary & Tap
Beverley has been dancing since the age of 5 and has always had a passion for performing. She studied at D&B Academy of Performing Arts with many qualifications under her belt.
She has worked professionally including Disneyland Paris as a Disney character!
Beverley loves to teach and explore a wide range of dance styles and will put everything into her classes to ensure her students get the most out of class.
She is super excited to be apart of the Conti team and to share her love and knowledge to the stars of the future!
Beverley teaches Ballet, Contemporary & Tap.
Dylan Jones - Singing
Dylan has graduated from the University of Chichester with a first-class honours in BA Musical Theatre Performance with extensive experience in the Estill Voice Model as a singer, singing teacher and leading private 1 to 1 lessons with all ages and abilities
Professional credits includes Fiddler on the Roof, Our House and a West End Cabaret Style Concert alongside actors from Les Miserables, Hamilton & Back to the Future the Musical.
Dylan teaches Singing.
Rebekah Leggatt - Pocket Performers (3-5 yrs)
Rebekah trained at Rochelle Ballet School & PA starting at the age 3 years old and recently at the The London Ballet Academy.
She is also a qualified SEND/ SEMH teaching assistant with specialisation in the performing arts department.
She has studied many dance genres and dance styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Musical theatre, Commercial, acting, Singing and many more with many exams taken with I.S.T.D, IDTA, RDTA, UKBTA, ABTUK, and BTEC.
Show credits includes English Youth Ballet - Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, Cinderella in Hollywood, Walt Disney Florida's Magic Kingdom Nighttime spectacular parade in 2020. Principal dancer in High School Musical, Titanic the musical (Kings Theatre). Singer in White Christmas, Dancer in Alice in Wonderland pantomime alongside Paul Daniels, Rizzo in Grease and recently playing Cinderella at the Springs 2024 pantomime.
She is also a Princess Performer and Party Host so if you have a birthday coming up - please let us know!

Lucy Martin - Pocket Performers Assistant
Lucy has been dancing since the age of 3 and began competing in dance at just 6 years old. Lucy has trained in ballet, modern, tap, contemporary and musical theatre through Petersfield Academy of Dance, and is currently working towards Advanced One Tap (Grade 8), and Intermediate Modern and Ballet (Grade 7).
She has enjoyed additional training on the SJ Academy of Dance Associate Programme and her passion for ballet lead her to spend two years as a Royal Ballet School Junior Associate. Lucy is a keen performer and is currently studying for her Dance GCSE at The Petersfield School where she is a Performing Arts Prefect and helps to run the Year 7 Dance Club.
